Man pages are available for this package. General notes: CDAT (using the "vcdat" command) is a quick and easy way to look at your NetCDF files on Jazz. It is an X application so you must have X forwarding enabled in ssh (ssh -X jazz.lcrc.anl.gov) to view the application. You may also be interested in using the Climate Data Management System (CDMS) libraries to manipulate your NetCDF files. |
