No man pages are available for this package. Jumpshot ExampleWarning: The following example assumes that you have prior knowledge of X-forwarding over SSH and experience using MPI on Jazz. Please read the in depth documentation above if you encounter problems. You can easily visualize your MPI calls using Jumpshot and the MPE libraries (already included with MPICH). Follow these simple instructions to create your first slog2 file which can be visualized using Jumpshot.
NOTE: Running X applications like Jumpshot over a network can yield poor performance. You may want to install Jumpshot locally and visualize your slog2 files on your local workstation. More Jumpshot example output can be found at the Performance Visualization for Parallel Programs webpage. Jumpshot has also been used on Jazz to analyze MM5. |
