The @all-star SoftEnv macro will incorporate both STAR-CD and the Absoft compilers into your shell environment.

There are no man pages available for STAR-CD; however there are a large number of PDF files available in the directories located under $STARDIR/doc. Note that the PDFs are for STAR-CD 3.150A and may not be accurate for the current version of STAR-CD on Jazz.
