LCRC Users,
We have received notice from the building that they have rescheduled the previously canceled outage in the 240 datacenter (housing both LCRC clusters) to Monday, 10/22/2018. This will affect a large portion of the room and the outage is expected to last all day. The outage will affect all of Blues, as well as a number of other core services which we will list below. In order to minimize downtime, we are moving our monthly maintenance day for October to this time. As such, Bebop will also be unavailable.
The following services will be unavailable on Monday, October 22nd:
- Blues Cluster (all nodes including login and condo nodes)
- Bebop Cluster (all nodes including login and condo nodes)
- LCRC accounts, allocation and project management pages
- Public HTML and project web pages
- Globus File Transfer Service
